COMPANY POLICY

The success of this method depends on its structure and clarity. For this reason, we ask that you carefully review our company's mandatory terms and policies. This document is the foundation of all future work together.
PAYMENTS:

• All SKM services (programs, appointments, personalized guidance, and protocols) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• All programs and appointments must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Due to high demand, bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

• The client must promptly notify their SKM Guide of all payments for validation.

• Prices do not include the costs of lab tests.

SKM AND OTHER PRACTITIONERS:

• Our work is meant to be a complement to the guidance of your primary care practitioner and/or specialist.

• If at any point our recommendation conflicts with their guidance, continue with their recommendations, and we will adapt your protocol accordingly.

EMERGENCIES:

• The scope of our work does not allow us to address emergencies.

• If a client falls ill or experiences acute symptoms they should consult a doctor.

PRESCRIPTIONS:

• Clients must share a detailed list of all prescriptions and over-the-counter medications currently taking.

• If prescribed new medication, remedy, or supplement while working with us, please share with us BEFORE starting.

• Clients in an acute emergency must follow 100% of doctors’ guidance and indications.

PLANT MEDICINE & PSYCHOACTIVES:

• While in an active program, SKM is not compatible with plant medicine and ceremonies in which psychoactive is used.

• Clients should let their SKM guide know BEFORE they decide to move forward with a ceremony or the use of plant medicine.

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS:

• Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and notified during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM CST).

LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS:

• If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, miss a consultation, or do not show up, please re- schedule promptly to maintain the progress of your tailored protocol.

• A 50 USD cancellation fee will be billed to the client.

UNUSED CONSULTATIONS:

• All appointments and programs must be used within six months of original payment confirmation.

• Remember, all SKM programs and appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DELAYS:

• If a program is delayed beyond our specified guidelines, clients forfeit their follow-up appointments and may be required to restart the program with new lab work.

COMMUNICATION & FOLLOW-UPS:

• If contact information (email, cell phone number, etc.) changes, and is not properly notified/updated by the client, the SKM team cannot be held responsible for any outcomes due to loss of communication.

LIABILITY:

• SKM is not responsible for the outcomes of clients working outside of our program or implementing recommendations without our supervision.
